Monthly delivery

How long until I see results?
Google Business Profile improvements go live within days. Ranking movement for competitive local searches typically shows up somewhere in months 2–4, depending on your market, your competitors, and where you're starting from. Local SEO compounds — the work done in month one keeps paying in month twelve.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Every package is month-to-month. If you want to stop, let us know before your next billing date and you're done — no penalties, no lock-in clauses, no awkward conversations.
Can you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?
No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google controls the rankings. What we guarantee is the work: every deliverable in your package, done on schedule, with an honest report on what moved and what didn't.
You're a new agency. Why should I trust you?
Fair question. You get the founder on every call, every report, and every decision — not a junior account manager. Do I own the work if I leave?

Do you only work with Portland-area contractors?
The Portland–Vancouver metro is home base and where we know the market best. Local SEO is done remotely, so we also work with contractors outside the area — the playbook is the same; the competitor research is market-specific.
